April 24th – April 28th is Volunteer Appreciation Week! Thank you to all of Greenvale Park’s wonderful Volunteers! Please stop in the Greenvale Park office for a special treat during the week.
On Tuesday, April 25 from 4-7pm have dinner together with your GVP teachers, staff, families and friends. Culver’s will give a percentage of evening sales back to GVP to be used for our children. It will be a great night out!

Tuesday, February 28 from 6-7pm Greenvale Park will be hosting our annual Kindergarten family meeting for next year’s class of 2030. Our Kindergarten teachers will be available to answer questions, as well as our GVP nurse, Child Nutrition, Benjamin Bus, KidVentures, Community School and our minority liaison, who will be available for interpreting. Early Childhood staff will have activities for incoming Kindergarten students. Please call the Greenvale Park office at 507.645.3500 if you have any questions about this meeting or our Kindergarten program in general.
In order to make this year’s book fair a success, we (the GVP book fair committee) need your help. There are a variety of jobs and times available for volunteers. We’re using SignUp.com to organize our volunteers. Here’s how it works in 3 easy steps:

Enjoy your child’s 2016.2017 school year with a yearbook. Yearbook forms are available in the Greenvale Park Office, and cost $14. Please make checks payable to Greenvale Park PTO. The deadline for pre-ordering this year’s yearbook is March 17.
Tuesday, February 7th at 6:45pm the Northfield Elementary Schools 5th Grade Band Concert will be held at the Middle School Auditorium.
Tuesday, January 24, from 4 to 7pm will be Northfield Culver’s Night for Greenvale Park Elementary. Our PTO will receive a portion of the proceeds from this evening’s event. Please join us for great company and delicious food, as the Greenvale Park Staff greet and serve customers. All are welcome!
Friday, November 4, is picture retake day at Greenvale Park. If your student was absent on the original picture day, Tuesday, September 13, or is new to Greenvale Park since picture day, please have their picture taken on retake day so they can be included in the class composite and yearbook. Order forms are available in the Greenvale Park office, but are not necessary if families will not be buying a package. Families are not obligated to buy a package.
Learn how to support and prepare your child for success in kindergarten, at a special event of the Greenvale Park Community School. From 6-7:30 p.m., on Thursday, October 27, parents and preschool-age children (3+) are invited to play and learn together. Older siblings are welcome to attend and participate in other community school activities.
