Frontline Absence Management & Time & Attendance
Frontline is the district’s system for both absence management and time tracking (time clock) for hourly employees.
New staff and substitutes will receive information by email with instructions for accessing their Frontline account. Staff members will sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO) with their Northfield Schools email account.
If you need assistance entering absences or using the Time & Attendance system, please contact your building or program administrator, supervisor, or administrative assistant. These individuals can provide support with absence reporting and time clock procedures for your location or program.
For questions related to absence management or substitute management, please contact the Human Resources Department. For time clock, payroll, or paycheck-related questions, please contact the Payroll Department. We are happy to assist you as you become familiar with Frontline.
