A two-way immersion program where students learn to speak, read, write and listen in English and Spanish. This program offered to students in grades 1–5 at all three Northfield elementary schools.
A program for students who have a home language other than English, committed to teaching social and academic English to maximize students’ classroom experience.
Dual Credit Options
There are several opportunities available to Northfield High School students who want to earn college credit while they’re in high school, including AP classes and PSEO enrollment.
TORCH (Tackling Obstacles, Raising College Hopes) improves the graduation and post-secondary participation rates of Northfield’s minority students, low-income students, and first-generation college attendees.
