The Teen Parent Program offers classes for current or expectant parents between the ages of 14 and 21 who are enrolled at the Northfield Area Learning Center. Contact Daryl Kehler (507.645.1201) for more information.
Early Childhood Education
Hand in Hand Preschool
We offer classes for children ages 3 – 5 with sections in the morning and afternoon and options to attend 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Children must turn 3 by September 1 to attend Hand in Hand Preschool.
Scholarships and transportation help is available, as well as discounted wrap-around childcare for preschoolers who attend both EarlyVentures and Hand in Hand. See enrollment information.
EarlyVentures Learning Center
EarlyVentures Learning Center is a childcare center for infants, toddlers and preschoolers licensed by the Department of Human Services. EarlyVentures offers a variety of schedule options and is located, along with Hand in Hand Preschool, at the Northfield Community Education Center. Visit Ventures Childcare to register.
