All Students K-12

Title I is a federally funded program through the Elementary & Secondary Act (ESEA)  designed to provide support to students who are performing below grade level in reading and/or math. The emphasis is on high academic standards with aligned curriculum, assessment, and professional development. This program is an important part of Minnesota’s Basic Skills and Graduation Standards reform movement.
