Red Rover Absence Management and Time Clock System
Red Rover is used for absence management and time management (the time clock for hourly staff).
News staff and subs are emailed an invitation from Red Rover with directions to set-up a Red Rover account. After creating your account, log into Red Rover, and look for the scrolling messages at the top of the page to find system tutorials tailored to your needs, or use the question mark in the upper right-hand corner to access the full training library. Staff may also use the chat feature to ask Red Rover staff for instant support. Please contact the Human Resources Department if you need assistance setting up your account or if you have not received an invitation to create your account.
For assistance entering absences or with the time clock system please contact your building or program administrator, supervisor, or administrative assistant who manages absences and the time clock for your program.
If you have questions about our absence and substitute management tools you can also contact the Human Resources Department . The Payroll Department can assist with time clock and payroll questions. We are all happy to help with your transition to Red Rover!
