Learning in Nature

Bridgewater’s curriculum incorporates nature themes. The grounds feature the Rachel Carson Nature Area, which is home to a variety of trees, shrubs and plants native to Minnesota. Exposing students to nature:

• Encourages movement and exploration
• Reduces obesity
• Stimulates creativity
• Improves test scores

Academic Opportunities

We offer a comprehensive core curriculum that includes a Spanish immersion option through our Compañeros program. Educational specialists provide student experiences in the following areas:
