The Northfield School Board has officially launched its search for the district’s next superintendent. You can read Superintendent Hillmann’s letter to the community in 2025-26 Family Update No. 15. In partnership with the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) Executive Search Service, Northfield Public Schools is committed to a transparent and inclusive process. Hard copies of the survey are also available at the district office in Northfield. Please return any completed surveys to the same location by March 22 so they can be included with the online survey results.

Following the survey deadline of March 22, MSBA will summarize and provide an overview of the responses for presentation to the board. The results will also be posted to this website.

 Special board meeting to determine finalists, interview questions and procedures
April 24 & 25 Special board meeting to hold first round of interviews
