Thousands of Minnesota families are eligible for low cost health insurance under MinnesotaCare. Enacted by the legislature the plan is open to families who meet certain income guidelines. More information and/or applications are available through the school social worker,  by calling 1-800-657-3672 and asking for MinnesotaCare, or on their website.
