Recently, the school community took part in an online conversation to learn about what the School District is doing well and where Northfield Public Schools can improve. The thoughts and priorities have been reviewed and the results are ready to be shared.

From the 798 stakeholders who contributed, we learned what is important to our community members. We are using this information to inform our decision making throughout the school year. You will see references to our schools’ reflection on ThoughtExchange data as part of newsletters and other District publications. We are going to be more intentional in pointing out when decisions are made that the ThoughtExchange data influenced. We want you to see how your feedback turned into action.
