Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holidays to enjoy a stress-free, safe and fun-filled night with your young children. Join in the first annual Jingle Jam event, from 6 – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18, at the Northfield Community Resource Center (NCRC) youth wing.
Geared toward children, ages birth through third grade, the event will offer holiday-themed stations and activities for kids and parents to enjoy together. Visit with Santa, who will be posing for photos and handing out small gifts. Spend story-time with Mrs. Claus, go on a gingerbread-man hunt, make reindeer food, or write and send a letter to Santa. Participate in sensory games and activities for infants and toddlers, such as snow dough, the penguin shuffle, snowball toss and snowman bowling.
End the evening with a stop at the hot-cocoa bar, featuring a variety of delicious toppings. Pre-registration is not required and tickets to the event will be sold at the door for $2 per person or $6 max per family.
