State law requires that all students meet specific immunization requirements if they attend school in Minnesota.

A copy of a student’s current immunization record must be on file at school, unless parents or guardians have filed a legal exemption with the school.

For students entering seventh grade, there are a number of special immunization requirements to be completed.
