Wondering what to do with your 3- to 5-year-old this July? Check out new summer camps from Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE). Three themed weeks include Super Science, Amazing Animals and Marvelous Movement. Camps run from 9 to 11 a.m, beginning July 9 (Tuesday – Thursday) in the NCRC pre-school room. Each camp costs $50.
On Sundays, from July 14 through August 18, Aqua Zumba offers adults cardio and muscle toning in a safe workout that combines Latin and international rhythms with traditional aqua fitness. The six-week class will be held at the Northfield Old Memorial Park Pool from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. and cost $45.
Dog walkers can learn best practices in the art of polite leash walking, meeting and greeting, at Happy Leash Walking with instructor Mary Malone. The class meets at Bridge Square from 7 to 8 p.m. every Tuesday, from July 16 through 30. Cost is $49 for three sessions.
