Local author and former teacher, Mary Bleckwehl, will read from two of her children’s books at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday during a special event of the Community Services Early Childhood Programs.

Enjoy stories from Bleckwehl’s first book, “Henry! You’re Late Again!” and her brand new book “Henry! You’re Hungry Again?” News_Community Services_Mary BleckwehlFinish the evening with themed art activities from the books.

Special Story Time with Mary Bleckwehl will be at the NCRC Preschool Room from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event is free, but donations are encouraged to help fund scholarships for early childhood programs.

There will be an opportunity to purchase signed books.
