Northfield Public Schools Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is offering three free presentations on The No-Cry Sleep Solution on Jan. 30 at 10:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., and again on Jan. 31 at 10:30 a.m. in room 101 at Longfellow School. Parents of young children are invited to hear more about the sleep needs of preschool children, and how to effectively help your children get the sleep they need. Is bedtime a nightmare? Mary Loven, ECFE Parent Educator, will share information with you from sleep experts Mary Sheedy Kurcinka and Elizabeth Pantley, and offer suggestions for creating relaxing bed time routines that are pleasant for both you and your child.

Society has over time given sleep less of a priority. A lot of young people nowadays would sometimes rely on caffeine or even Modafinil( see on so that they could stay focused during class hours, night studies, and examination days.
